By participating in or attending this event, I acknowledge and agree that our involvement is voluntary and at our own risk. I understand that the event organizers, partners, sponsors, vendors, performers, volunteers, and affiliated organizations are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to myself, my guests, or my property.
I understand that audio, video, and photographic recordings may be taken during the event. By attending, I give permission for the event organizers to use these recordings for promotional purposes for this and future similar events.
I also understand that the event’s privacy policy states that no personally identifiable information is shared with any outside party or used for any purpose other than event operations and communication.
I agree to assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the event.
